2007 KNAUS SPORT 400 LKK 4 berth caravan comes with 2 keys and CRIS registered, in great condition which we have owned for the past 3 years since 2021 and enjoyed some really great holidays but it's time to sell up for somebody else to enjoy.

Dry, warm, and genuinely sad to see it go, we just don't use it due to kids weekend hobbies.

Lightweight easy to manoeuvre, a great starter caravan for a couple or a family, comes with a full length Isabella awning, doubles the ground space, ground sheet, Fiamma 3 Bike rack mounts to the front of the caravan, fold out table with folding chairs, camping storage cupboard, large electric griddle, great for making breakfast or whatever you choose, Sky box and remote with portable satellite dish on a tripod, TV and remote for using in the awning aswell as another TV in the caravan folding clothes airer, wheel levellers, wheel clamp, grey waste water tank .Had a brand new Hankook leisure battery last year only used for last holiday back in August last year so practically brand new and will be fully charged. Powerful veranda light and some additional lights. Two socket plug in storage cupboard on outside of caravan allowing for ease of access to power when needed. Water barrel, electric hookup leads and towing mirrors. Mattress topper for double and bedding for all beds, towels and tea towels included if wanted. Clean fresh and ready to go, as that is how we have always had it for our own use, all you need is your food.

Front of caravan has two large bench seats with underneath storage for the full length of the seats. Plenty of top cupboard space to the front and sides at the front. Also included is a TV on a swivel out mount and a radio with fixed speakers into the front two corners, wardrobe with plenty of space. Gas fire but never had to use it as it also has underfloor heating and blown air heating together with the great insulation these caravans have makes it really cosy.

Front bench areas convert to sizable double bed, to the rear there are two large fixed bunk beds, adult size, some storage/shelving on the top bunk, each bunk has it's own light and window, with a sliding door to close this section off for privacy.

Bathroom includes handbasin, Thetford cassette toilet toilet, shower tray, storage cabinet with mirror and storage cabinet under sink

Kitchen area with sink, folding tap, glass top covers, glass splashback, under counter fridge freezer, 3 hobs, built in microwave, 2 slice toaster, kettle, brand new grill and panini maker, all cooking and eating utensils included, and lots of cupboard space.
