BAILEY PEGASUS MILAN 2013, 4 Berth Caravan with New Inflatable Awning

The caravan is in excellent condition, well looked after and maintained.

With a MOTOR MOVER, directional tv aerial and front side lockers outside.

Inside the caravan is immaculately presented with a large end washroom, separate wc, washbasin and spacious shower. The water heats up quickly by a choice of gas or electric.

The kitchen area is fitted with a stainless steel sink with a hot and cold mixer tap, oven, grill and 4 burner hob, microwave, 3-way fridge and worktop space.

Opposite is a comfortable dinette, which transforms into bunk beds, extra mattress, side panels, ladder and privacy curtains are stored in the bench seats.

The lounge area has 2 comfortable bench settees that can be turned into a large double bed. We’ve used the settees as 2 fixed singles beds, with a simple throw over each for lounging. There is also another pull out dining table under the window.

The caravan has a huge amount of storage, with 2 wardrobes, multiple cupboards and drawers. The fitted carpets have been stored so are immaculately clean, as are the curtains and upholstery.

In addition there is warm air heating, fan extractor, fan, many sockets, lights (I counted 20, so lots of lighting variations!), outside awning light…..

All windows have blinds and fly screens which are in excellent condition.

The caravan also comes with a BRAND NEW INFLATABLE AWNING. – Brdigford Skye Air 390

Outside measurements are 7.39m long 2.24m wide.

We have lots of paperwork and good service history.

The caravan is booked in for service so will be newly serviced when sold.
