We are reluctantly having to give up caravanning after many years due to health issues. We got this Cadiz new from a dealer in October 2018. Cris registered, fully serviced every year. Service book and all manuals are included. Last service was in September 2023 no problems found and no damp. We have looked after and maintained the van and it is in lovely clean condition. There is a small piece of platic on the corner of a bedroom window that got damaged in the storms in 2020 but isn't really noticable and the window is still sealed and functional and fully watertight. We have used the van on many occasions since without problems. It has been checked by service technician. There is a little mark on kitchen worktop but covered by draining board when in use. Only mentioning as like to be honest in my description. Price has been reduced to reflect . The van is fitted with a motor mover. It comes with just about everything you need if your starting out on your caravanning journey and you could literally hook up and go on your first trip. Its a really cosy caravan in the winter months. There are two single beds and the seating area can be made up into a large double. The carpets are in excellent clean condition. Fitted microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, radio and alde central heating, alarm and carbon monoxide alarm and solar panel.. We are including a television, kettle, toaster pots pans and crockery and of course a water hog and pump and waste carrier. Also included in the price are a Sun canopy with removable sides, outdoor table and two chairs and an outdoor awning carpet and electric hook up cable.

Lots of other bits and pieces that will be left as we have no use for them at home. The van is currently in secure storage in Northumberland and can be viewed anybody wishing to buy we will pitch it up on site and hook up to electrics so everything can be seen working.
