The kids have grown and so its time to reluctantly sell our greatly loved fantastic Hobby caravan. It’s in exceptional condition – in fact pretty much showroom condition. The cushions still have the original factory protective plastic on them – all apart from one – so underneath they are brand new.

The large size and comfort of this model makes it ideal for the whole family to live in while working on your house, or siting for a season at a camp site or holiday park, or towing off for extended holidays - or as a 'guest lodge' for your garden - even potentially an Air B&B for extra income. We used to site it at a holiday park for the whole season and use it as a holiday home where it was much admired by our neighbours.

The model is a Hobby Prestige 720 UKFE from 2012, and being around 25 feet long it has an immense amount of space inside compared to other caravans – in fact it feels more like a mobile home that you can tow. The modern styling and various lighting options give it the feel of a luxury London apartment – it certainly looks and feels upmarket and a cut above other caravans I have seen. A mixture of halogen spotlights and soft LED strip lights fitted around the cupboard fronts enable various lighting effects and create a luxury look and feel.

The caravan has just had 4 brand new tyres and has been professionally valeted inside and outside polished – so its squeaky clean, sparkling and fresh and ready for its next adventure.

It has 3 separate rooms each with a sliding partition door between them. This gives great privacy which is usually lacking in a caravan. The kids have their own room, the adults have their own room and the lounge and kitchen door can be closed off to the sleeping areas allowing the adults to relax when the kids go to bed.

The end room has a fixed double bed with lots of storage underneath and large cupboards around the upper level. There is a toilet and shower cubicle and a sink next to the bed with an opaque opening window. There are large opening windows in the bedroom and an opening roof skylight proving excellent ventilation for hot days – all have fly screens and blackout blinds and the windows also have net style curtains.

The middle room has 2 fixed full size bunk beds with a dinning table and 2 sofa seats (Dinette) opposite – with an opening window, fly screen, blackout blind and net style curtains and plenty of storage space under the dinette seats. This table can drop down to make a single bed. Each bunk bed has its own opening window for ventilation, with fly screens and blackout blinds.

The Kitchen and Lounge room has plenty of space and there is a double wardrobe and large table with C shaped seating around it for up to 8 people The table drops down to make another large double bed. There are 3 large opening windows in the lounge each with fly screens, blackout blinds and net style curtains. There are lots of large cupboards around the upper level.

The large kitchen area has a big fridge and with freezer, a 3 burner gas hob, gas oven, microwave and sink. There is an opening window above the sink. There are smoked glass covers that come down over the hob and sink. The kitchen has 4 large drawers and a couple of upper cupboards providing enough space for all the pots, pans and utensils you could ever want. There is also a nice slide out double height cupboard ideal for condiments, spices, herbs etc…

There is a large opening roof light hatch in the kitchen with fly screen and blackout blind.

There is a water heater and running hot and cold water to the sink and shower and bedroom sink. There is a gas furnace heater in the lounge that warms the area in a couple of minutes and also can blow warm or ambient air around to the other rooms/areas.

All windows and hatches are as good as new and there are no leaks or drafts. There is no damp or any other such issues often found in caravans.

Security extras include a GSM/SIM card camera alarm system. It sounds an outside siren and takes a picture of any intruder while at the same time calling and texting your mobile to alert you and sending you an email of the picture. It has a wireless key fob to activate/deactivate. There is a top of the range tow hitch lock and a wheel clamp.

Extras included 2 large gas bottles. 2 toilet cassettes. A sink waste container with wheels. Long mains power lead. Fresh water hose for filling up the fitted water tank. 2 portable oil filled electric radiators are also included.

All the original manufacturer’s paperwork and manuals are there in the original Hobby canvas pack.

It tows beautifully and is as smooth as silk on the road.

AWNING

Available with or without our fantastic massive awning – we can discuss whether you want it or not.

Made by the Rolls Royce of awning manufacturers it is a 2017 Isobella Commodore 1025 / G19. Its large size make it ideal for setting up for longer stays. We had a 3 seater sofa with 2 arm chairs and a 6 seater dining table and chairs inside with a 55 inch TV and coffee table plus a side board - and there was still plenty of room.

We bought the awning in 2021 from people who had only used it twice for a week or 2 so it was like brand new. We used it for the 2021 season and then it has been packed away since then so it has had very little use.

Thera are an additional 2 large pods that attach one to each end of the awning. We used one end pod as a garage for bikes and toys, etc… and the other end pod we had a large 6 person inflatable hot tub in.

There is an interlocking foam tile system floor for the awning and then a special awning carpet that goes over the tiles.

The awning windows have curtains that can attach.
