Originally built for the Scandinavian ski holiday market, this cozy home on wheels is packed with all the essentials for your adventures. Bought in 2022 with dreams of off-grid living, life had other plans for us in the form of twin daughters.

Includes an awning, whose frame has been colour-coded for ease of assembly.

It also comes with a corral/perimeter fence, which will be handy for stopping pets or young children from escaping! Kamei Husky car roof box to transport the corral (photos available).

Built specifically for cold climates, it has extra insulation, and an Alde system powering hot water, underfloor heating and a heated wardrobe to dry your clothes.

It has a special “ski box“ that runs the whole width of the caravan, but you can use this for any old storage - great for muddy boots!

The large 3-way fridge can run on mains, 12V or propane gas.

The kitchen has gas hobs, oven and grill as well as running water for the sink.

The end washroom a separate shower cubicle and a cassette toilet.

Comes complete with a television (Cello 24” LED) which has its own wall mount.

A brand-new nose weight gauge is also part of the sale (Milenco precision calibrated 20-130 kg).

Exide AGM brand-new battery installed (95 Ah). One functioning solar PV panel (one should suffice for light use, but the broken one can be replaced if you desire). A newly installed Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT) means that the solar panel is 30% more efficient and works on cloudy days.

The tyres were replaced in the summer of 2022 and have no wear whatsoever, and the jockey wheel was replaced last year with a pneumatic version.

There are four heavy duty, rubber wheel chocks for parking.

When we bought the caravan, we had the old motor mover removed and replaced with a new Truma PowrTouch Evolution mover (costing approximately £1000).

If desired, the purchaser can have a wonderful Babyjoy Child screen to stop small children from falling out of bed (it can be raised and lowered for easy access - photo and video available).
